Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping costs depend on the size of the tiles sets you are ordering. As a general guide, 1-4 sets can ship for $4.60 USPS Priority Mail and 5-15 sets can ship for $8.95 USPS Priority Mail.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: ManicForMosaics accepts major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a secure and encrypted payment provider and your privacy is protected by Paypal's secure servers.

Q: What if I want to pay by check or money order?
A: If you would prefer to send a check or money order, please email us at customerservice@manicformosaics.com and let us know which tiles you intend to buy. We will put a hold on these items for 7 days until your check or money order arrives. If payment is not received by the 7th day, the hold will be removed and the tiles will be again offered for sale.
