Payment Policy:
We accept all major credit cards & e-checks through Paypal. Paypal is an easy to use and secure way to pay online using your credit card. Please note that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through them. If you do not wish to use Paypal we will also accept money orders & personal checks mailed directly to us. Payments made by mail must be received within seven days of purchase. For customers paying via a personal check, item(s) will be sent after 14 days to allow for check clearance.

Shipping Policy:
We ship United Parcel Service & US Postal Service. Items will be shipped out within 2 business days from confirmation of payment. Please be sure to give us your full name & correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We charge ONLY ACTUAL shipping costs to our customers. If, after packing & weighing your item(s), actual shipping costs are LESS than what the customer has paid, we will refund you the overage If the actual shipping costs are MORE than what the customer has paid, then consider the difference as our gift!

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 days for a full refund. Artwork must be returned to the selling Artist. Tiles must be in original packaging & in original, unused condition. Credit will be issued after receipt & inspection of return. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Thank You!
